The Free Claim Scrubber You Can Use Right Now

Paste your procedure notes, get specific fixes, and catch denials before submission.

Hi and happy Tuesday,

A practice manager sent me a note last week:

"We submitted 14 crowns in February. Eight came back, missing perio charting, no pre-op images attached, risk assessment fields blank. Every single one was fixable before we hit submit."

That's $9,600 in rework. Four issues a scrubber would have caught in 90 seconds.

Today, you can access that scrubber for free.

What went live this week

Auxee's new dental claim scrubber is live and free to use. No account required. No credit card. No setup.

Paste your procedure notes or upload a PDF. The AI reviews for coding quality and documentation gaps, then returns:

Why this matters

Most denials aren't clinical disputes. They're documentation failures.

A scrubber breaks the cycle. It checks every note the same way, every time, before submission.

How to use it (under 90 seconds)

  1. Go to https://auxee.com/scrub-claims-with-auxee-ai

  2. Paste your procedure notes or upload a .txt / .pdf file (under 5 MB)

  3. You can also add pre-written notes using on-screen buttons

  4. Click Run Auxee AI

  5. Review the Status, Identified Issues, and Suggested Fix

  6. Apply the fixes, hit Re-run, repeat until status status shows correct

  7. Copy the corrected text to your PMS or clearinghouse

Optional outputs: The tool can also generate a coding summary, reference payer rules, and calculate a clean-claim score.

What to track

If you start using the scrubber this week, watch three metrics over the next 30 days:

  • Clean-claim rate: Percentage of claims accepted on first submission

  • Average resubmissions per claim: How many times you touch the same claim

  • Lag from visit to submission: Days between service and claim sent

Who this works for

Small practices: Scrubbers act as a second set of eyes when your billing coordinator is also answering phones, scheduling, and posting payments.

Multi-location groups: Scrubbers enforce consistency across sites. When 12 different front desks are submitting claims, variance kills revenue. A scrubber ensures every note meets the same standard before it leaves.

The fine print

  • This free scrubber works for dental procedures only

  • Files must be .txt or .pdf under 5 MB

  • No patient identifiers are stored. Notes are reviewed and discarded immediately after evaluation

  • If you're in medical or multi-specialty, we're working on it. For now, dental only

Try it this week

Pick one claim that's sitting in your queue. Before you submit it, run it through the scrubber. See what it catches.

If it flags something you would have missed, you just prevented a denial. If it confirms the note is clean, you gained confidence. Either way, it took 90 seconds.

Next week, I'm going to reveal 8 hard stats that will make you rethink your RCM strategy.

See you next Tuesday,
